Another great Bear Trace golf vacation is Ross Creek. It is located on the banks of the Tennessee River near Clifton, TN.

Where? Exactly. A long ways out in nowheresville for sure, but unless you have a fear of a "Deliverance" happening to you then you should check this place out.

It is probably the toughest of the Bear Trace courses. With a wide open feel and five sets of tees to choose from, so you can really go for it on this course. Jack shortened a couple of the par 5s and one of the par 4s so long hitters can start licking their chops. Even with choppin' down some of the length you'll be tested with elevated greens, rocks, hazards, water and possibly a couple of hillbillies looking to strap you to a tree.
